Kegworth Baptist Church is a group of people, from babies through to aged 90+, meeting together in Kegworth to worship our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are a family friendly church, with a junior church for our younger people.

We seek to be salt and light in our community as it says in Matthew 5:13-16, Jesus tells his disciples, “You are the salt of the earth” and “You are the light of the world.” We seek for our saltiness to flavour our whole community and for our light to shine like a beacon to all of our community.

We are human and like everyone else, often do not achieve Christ’s standards, please forgive us when we fail and please join us and help us to grow closer to Him.

We are a member of:

  • Baptist Union of Great Britain – visit the Baptist Union website
  • East Midlands Baptist Association – visit the EMBA website
  • Soar Valley Gospel Partnership

The SVGP is a partnership of Baptist Churches in the Soar Valley, promoting the good news of Jesus by working together. The SVGP founding document can be viewed online here
